    • The Wellington Board of Directors would like to invite all residents of Wellington Trace to our monthly Board meetings. The Board discusses a wide range of topics and is always looking for participation. Topics discussed include:

  • Wellington Trace HOA budget issues
  • Updates on proposed and ongoing neighborhood projects
  • Addressing grievances and suggestions posed by residents
  • Reaching consensus on how to spend our HOA dues
  • Open forum for residents to express their concerns and/or suggestions

    • Many times topics are brought to light and decisions are reached in the span of one meeting; residents who choose not to attend the meetings miss out on the opportunity to influence the final decisions. Moreover, those who do attend the meetings tend to have their ideas and viewpoints represent those not present from our community. It is for this reason that residents are strongly encouraged to attend meetings and weigh in on the issues that affect us all.

    While meetings can begin at 6:30pm and last upwards of an hour and a half, residents are welcomed to attend all or any portion of that time. The community's clubhouse offers a comfortable environment with ample space.
