The Board of the Wellington Trace Homeowner’s Association (HOA) has taken upon itself to investigate comparable developments in Frederick County to determine where this HOA stood in respect to services, facilities, and costs to the residents. We looked at amenities such as active recreation areas and swimming pools, as well as services such as trash removal. Although our findings were not encompassing of all developments what we found was most promising. In the chart below, please note that your community has the lowest fee’s charged in the region, while providing equal to, or more than other communities.
