| The Wellington Trace Board of Directors wants YOU to get involved! Elections for the 2008-2009 Board of Directors are approaching and the Board is looking for volunteers. As residents of Wellington Trace, we all share the responsibility for keeping our neighborhood a place we're all proud to call home. One of the ways we can each chip in is to serve as a member of the Board or as a Committee Member. No experience is necessary and your efforts are greatly appreciated. Given the composition of our neighborhood, we have a lot of young professionals and skilled craftsman who possess a good deal of skill and imagination and who would make great additions to the Board. As many of you are aware, potential employers are looking for more than just professional experience, they are looking for involvement in activities that demonstrate a wide range of skills and interest. Serving as a Board member is a great way to express your interest in taking on additional responsibility while demonstrating your involvement in your community. No experience is required and your efforts are greatly appreciated. As a member of the Board you will have the opportunity to weigh in on the issues facing our community and have a direct say in how your HOA dues are spent. Participation as a member on the Board requires a minimal time commitment and your tour lasts one year. All Wellington Trace residents will receive a nomination letter soliciting volunteers to be elected to a position on the Board of Directors. Nomination forms will also be made available on our website. Please consider participating as the time commitment is minimal and the impact significant. |
