Pool Passes

All residents of Wellington Trace and their visitors are welcome; alcohol is prohibited as are radios without headphones.  Please review the Pool Rules prior to your first visit of this season.  Click here for pool pictures.

The pool is open through Monday September 6th, 2010; pool hours are 11:00am to 8:00pm daily.

**Pool hours during school days: 3:30pm to 8:00pm M-F (through June 11th - the last day for FCPS).**

Architectural Application

All residents are encouraged to undertake projects to improve the value and aesthetic appeal of their homes.  Alterations, additions and other general exterior improvements require owners to submit an application to Residential Realty describing the project.

Note: Projects should not begin prior to receiving written authorization from Residential Realty.

Fitness Center

Wellington Trace offers residents a fitness facility conveniently located in the club house building located at the corner of Tennison and Lambert Drive.  To obtain access to the Fitness Center, download the two documents and submit to Residential Reality.  Click here for fitness center pictures.

Club House Rental Agreement

The club house is available for rent by all Wellington Trace residents.  The club house offers a comfortable and relaxing environment and is equipped with a kitchen, restrooms, leather sofas and chairs, stone-front fire place and a cable-ready big screen TV.  Click here for club house pictures.
