The Wellington Trace Board of Directors remains dedicated to continuing efforts aimed at ensuring the appearance of our community, hire efficient and economical contractors and ensure an adequate reserve fund for our aging infrastructure. Despite the increase in HOA dues, Wellington Trace enjoys the lowest homeowner’s association fees in our area.

In order to ensure funding adequate to maintain our community, the Wellington Trace Board of Directors unanimously agreed to increase the 2009 homeowner’s association fees just 2.5%. Beginning January 1st single family homes will increase to $179.00 semi-annually and townhomes $268.50 semi-annually. The 2.5% increase ensures that our community will continue to thrive.
