It's lurking in the grass...

You walk past it everyday; you probably don't even notice it sitting and waiting for you... This isn't a lead in for an Animal Plant show it's a reminder to all residents who walk their dogs to pick-up the unwanted presents your pets leave behind. Our neighborhood is full of children, full of pets and full of open areas for both to frolic.

Fortunately only the dogs leave behind presents to be picked up; unfortunately some residents do not pick-up after their pets and our children are the unwitting recipients of your pets' presents.

Again, all residents are encouraged to help keep our neighborhood clean; please pick-up after your dog. If you see a fellow resident exercising poor judgment by not scoopin-poop, you are encouraged to contact Residential Realty and report the resident's indiscretion.

Neighborhood Watch

Are your car doors locked? A rash of burglaries has occurred in and around our neighborhood. To date, there have been several arrests related to these thefts. Frederick Police are reminding drivers to remove cell phones, iPods, GPS units and any other easily removable items from your car at night. At a minimum, you are encouraged to lock your doors and keep any valuables out of plain view.
