Meet the individuals who donate their time and skills ensuring our neighborhood remains a place we’re all proud to call home. Your Board of Directors (BOD) are self-nominated and elected via mail-in ballots. The current term extends through March 2008 with elections occurring in April.
As you may be aware, each of the Board members donates their time to conduct monthly board meetings, request and review bids for services and utilize personal and professional contacts in order to get the biggest bang for your buck.
Whether it be donating additional time and effort planting flowers in and around our neighborhood or scaling the roof of our club house to reattach the roof vent, all of the services they provide not only keep our neighborhood well-groomed, the services are of limited or no cost to each of us as homeowners. Your democratically elected Board members:
- Michael Ferrell, Board President
- Bob Gifford, Board Vice President
- Ken Sanger, Board Treasurer
- Tim Davis, Board Secretary
- Tom Starkoski, Wellington Trace, Member at Large
- Linda Pendola, Home Properties Inc., Member at Large
- Marty Fleischman, Residential Reality
The Board is guided by the mission statement drafted at the commission of the Wellington Trace Board. Amongst other items the statement provides the two primary areas of focus: (1) community safety and security and (2) physical condition of our community.
In addition to the five publicly-elected positions of the Board, several subcommittees have been established to further focus efforts in specific areas. Below are the various subcommittees.
- Architectural Committee
- Landscaping Committee -
- Neighborhood Watch Committee
- Pool Committee
- Website Committee
There is currently one subcommittee in need of a representative. If you have an interest in getting involved in your community by serving as a Committee Member, please contact the Board; the Board is constantly seeking your participation, feedback and ideas.
