*To dispose of paint (oil-based and latex) remove lids, add mulch, sand or kitty litter to speed the drying process. Once paint is completely dried out, it can be disposed of in regular trash. You can also purchase and user waste paint hardener which is available at many paint and home improvement store. **Vehicle batteries, motor oil & antifreeze are not accepted at this events since these items may be recycled at the Frederick County Recycling Center at 903I Reichs Ford Road during normal Landfill operation hours - 7am - 4:30pm, Monday through Saturday.
