Join your neighbors for a meal at the Roy Rogers on Ballenger Creek Pike on Thursday, January 19th anytime between 4-8pm!  Be sure to tell them you’re with “Wellington Trace” and they’ll donate a portion of the sale to the Community Outreach Committee to be used to fund activities in the neighborhood.  We’d love for you to stop in and hang out, but if you’re in a hurry, we’ll also get credit if you use the drive through!

Despite a challenging economy, increased costs, and a couple of blizzards Wellington Trace continues to be one of the best neighborhoods in Frederick and remains the cheapest with regard to HOA dues.  Unlike other neighborhoods that are reducing services, from most accounts, we had a banner pool year as well as addressed some of the deficiencies throughout our neighborhood.

Despite a considerable increase in costs associated with electricty needed to operate the street lights and necessary repairs that keep our families safe, we were successful in managing costs ultimately limiting the 2012 increase to 4%:

Town homes: $52.90 monthly, $158.70 quarterly, or $317.40 bi-annually
Single Family Homes: $35.30 monthly, $105.90 quarterly, or $211.80 bi-annually
